Holiday Wishes Meme
Step One
Make a post (public, friends-locked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me.") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD.") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real life things (not stories or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.

If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use — or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free — do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf — to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not — it's your call.

ETA: All of the icons I'm talking about below are based on the MK Lois/CR Clark-Kal-El. *LOL* I forget that I need to say things like that! *blush* Thanks everyone for their offers, but the SR-verse stuff wouldn't work. *kicks self*
1 - I really need a handful of manip icons that I always forget to request. I still don't have a Lois/Richard (!) icon, I'd love a great new 'sexy Clois', one with Lois and Kala, and one with Clark and Lizard-Breath...err, Jason.
2 - Someone who has any vid-making talent at all to make me a better trailer for LS. I really think mine is lacking.
3 - A list of Margot's Con appearances for the year so I can try again to finally meet her in person. *whine*
4 - I desperately need an 'Icon Whore' icon. *glares* Stop laughing! If I knew a way to get 200 of them, I would.
5 - A new MP3 player. It doesn't even have to be an IPod. Just something that can take more than 23 songs. *headdesk*
6 - To get confirmation on Man of Steel's clearance to shoot or the shot to either write the screenplay or have both of us join forces with Saavi and do it as a team. (What do you think of that, Ella? ;))
7 - Any Original Movieverse icons and fic. Doesn't have to be any certain topic. Just spoil me, people! ;) XD
8 - An idea of how to spoil my wonderful F-list back for all the joy and support you've given me in the last year. Honestly. Get this meme up so I know!

2) I love making vids but I'm seriously lacking in footage and my computer is so slow (not to mention Windows Movie Maker crashing literally every two minutes) that I've only managed to finish one (Star Wars, not Superman). I would love to make you a trailer - whenever I read a good fic, I get ideas for a trailer - but it would take me way too long. You're probably better off asking scoobycookies or kalel1029 (I have no idea if they do requests, though).
7) I'm working on it, I'm working on it... of my icon-izing STM project, I'm about half done with Krypton. I keep getting distracted by other stuff. As for fic, I have a whole OM trilogy planned out - it just takes me a really really really long time to actually write and update. Here's the prologue. From last year. Yeah. *hides*

There are a few pics in the galleries that might fit better into a MK/JM icon than expected. I just wish I would have asked for one while they were still a couple. *so embarrassed*
