When It Rains, It Pours...

First, I get sick on the far end of Halloween, ruining the rest of the day ([profile] glitter_my_glam, totally not your fault! I was getting sick on Thursday, anyway). I sleep something like 13 hours after coming home, despite serious body aches.

Then, I get to the point on Sunday that I'm so sick, it's totally like Zombie!Lois 24/7. I get sent home from work with orders to get better. I promptly sleep about 16 more between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.

Feeling lousy enough of Monday that my Ops manager (who had this last week) doesn't even give me a hard time when I call out. Back to bed for another twelve or so hours.

Which brings me to this morning. Still feeling pretty lousy, the body aches and the lack of coherency being the worst of it, but I'm going to try to work the shift since it's only a five-hour one and I'm off tomorrow. I'm trying to get myself going for work, trying to check my email and all so you guys don't think that I'm dead. Then I see it.

Bandwidth exceeded.

WTF?!

Since when?

I've never gotten that notice before. And I'm not really using the account for that many things!

*sigh* I'll pay the upgrade on Friday, I guess. The ugly little signs will have to stay for the moment.

Oh, honey! *gentle hugs*

PLEASE rest some more and get better. I envy you all the sleep, but you definitely need it.

*passes tissues, hot get-better-tea, and lozenges*

Blech. That's not happy! Rest and get better soon, love! *sends hot tea with honey and lemon, then sporks PB*
