Going Back To Work

Is not something I'm looking forward to. At all. Period.

However, I'll be going. *makes face* Still have to pay bills. Here's hoping a week away has made things a little better.

Work does suck. Generally by the end of the day I've had it and toss my ID badge into my purse and peel out of the parking deck (inbetween speedbumps) and just simmer until I get home about who decided to irritate me that day. Today was the neuropsychologist (not someone I see, but someone I work with) and believe me, when I say this guy needs to see a psychologist. Am not in the moods for the condescending behavior and moodswings of a five year old. Blech.

Ah smoking, an old vice. I gave that up years ago, good thing to, because could not give that up and drinking at the same time while pregnant...saying bye bye to beer and wine makes me sad some days. :(

Oh, ho...Oh, yes. I empathize. I'm going to be there. Soon. All too soon. Next week, in fact. Already back to school and planning for the year. *whine!*

I do so hope that a week away was a much needed sanity-booster. Money makes the world go 'round, unfortunately, and you have to have it. Sadly, we don't live in the Roddenberry Post WWIII, 'everyone has ample credits', utopian socialist society. Damnit all.
