I saw this advert on tv a couple of weeks ago and it was indeed quite moving.

Sometimes when I feel life is getting a bit hectic I just try and stop when ever I can and listen to the birds singing or something and I immediately feel calmer.

I'm the same way. There's just so much natural beauty out there that people overlook these days. I think there's no further shame out there. Just watching something like dwarf Japanese flying squirrels makes my chest hurt and brings a smile to my lips. The day that doesn't happen, I don't know what I'll do.
