It doesn't help matters when you get your review and they give you 'needs improvement' in areas that you already excel at. Although the 'positive attitude' markdown is a direct result of the markdowns that they gave me for 'being a team player' and 'assuming leadership'. Well, since I do the other two and get no credit for them, it's no wonder I'm not Mary Sunshine. *glares at them*
