It's such an intensely screwed situation for them both. I really think she needed him to go there with all of this, after the last film. Talk about the world's most confusing signals. I mean, imagine having been on the end of that break-up. GAH!
You have to give the man props. He may have hurt her, but he won't let anyone destroy her again based on how she feels. And you were right. It really needed to be stronger and make a better point. And I think we gotta say, as Clois fans, that works out a hundred times better than the situation that SIII gave us.
