kalalanekentSo...my fourth season back in retail. And I work the prep for Friday and Black Friday itself. And we've already been overcrowded in the lobby every night this week. Not a good sign.
Did I mention the 20% entire purchase coupon we're giving out first thing in the morning? Thankfully I don't open with the crazies, though. I just have to clean up the mess later in the day. YAYZ!
Blech. Please, all, be kind to your cashiers this year. They really are trying to wear us out. If we seem a little unfriendly, it's just because we've been working ten nine-hour days straight. Just be extra chipper in retaliation. We hate that. *LOL*
