So...my fourth season back in retail. And I work the prep for Friday and Black Friday itself. And we've already been overcrowded in the lobby every night this week. Not a good sign.

Did I mention the 20% entire purchase coupon we're giving out first thing in the morning? Thankfully I don't open with the crazies, though. I just have to clean up the mess later in the day. YAYZ!

Blech. Please, all, be kind to your cashiers this year. They really are trying to wear us out. If we seem a little unfriendly, it's just because we've been working ten nine-hour days straight. Just be extra chipper in retaliation. We hate that. *LOL*

I always try to be nice to the cashiers, even if the customer behind me is a jerk. ( I just hate getting hit with a shopping cart when I am trying to check out.)

And I am not going anywhere near a shopping mall on Black Friday. I will take care of the very ill and their increasingly crazy families in order to stay away from the REAl crazy people who MUST get that fantastic bargain at any cost.

I believe that you would be nice, Dawn. And I feel you on the other side of the counter. I had to correct a bunch of line-jumpers last night. You don't do it in mine. I'll take the person that you snuck in front of first in a heartbeat and call you on it. Not. cool.

XD I feel you on that. Some days I totally prefer cold and flu season to the Christmas Madness. *snugs* There's nothing at those sales that would be enough to make me venture out into that mess.
