Why are the best things in life always over so quickly? We got back at exactly midnight on Tuesday and I've been rushing to get caught up ever since. Back to work today and I'm SOOO looking forward to it *insert sarcasm here*! We have pics and I have to post my thoughts on the last SV and I need to get caught up on the F-List, but we're home and expect more in this space later.

We had issues with the laptop while we were up there (along with our phones), so we're going to try to get the chapter out this weekend, but I can't really promise. That was about three days that backfired. But, one way or another, we should have something for you this Saturday.
We also worked on something EPIC that happens just before Blood Will Tell and planned a good portion of the the inter-relationship development between new and old characters on the trip. I think people are really going to enjoy what comes next. :D

We were actually running around so much while we were up there that I didn't get to crack a cover, but I'm starting The Girl Who Played With Fire tomorrow. So excited! Reading that will make my work week go faster. :D

And I think so, too. That smokin' OTP we were talking to you about when you were here? We finally have some canon written down for it. :D And I think what we have is just sexah as all hell. They were some ALIVE muses while we were up there.

The laptop thing does suck, but we'll pay more attention to the chapter if we're at home. We were on the road and out and about too much this trip to have gotten anything really done, anyway.

Welcome home! Sorry to hear about the laptop. I can never seem to hold onto mine more than a year and a half before they fall apart on me so I understand (then again when it's getting carted around while the screen is up it's understandable that it goes kaput especially if it's continually falling off of a three foot drop).

I know over here I'm not likely to be adamant (?-not the word I was looking for) about the next chapter as I'm busy messing with NanoWriMo. I've been able to keep on task on it but I'm wondering how much longer that's going to last.

Well, our personal lappie died a horrible death a year ago and Anissa's mom lets us borrow hers for vacation since we're usually working on some fandom project, God bless her. I don't know what we'd do with it.

I can understand that; my biggest problem is that I just don't want to get into the habit of not staying on schedule. That and I love the end of Heirs. There's also the fact that we've already started working on the oneshots that lead into the next fic and that we've already started production for Blood Will Tell. Good luck with Nano!
