It might be presumptious to post this, but I felt the need. Forgive me if it wasn't meant to be shared!
Baruch atah, Adonai Eloheinu, Melech haolam, asher kid'shanu b'mitzvotav v'tsivanu l'hadlik ner shel Chanukah. Baruch atah, Adonai Eloheinu, Melech haolam, she-asah nisim laavoteinu v'imoteinu bayamim hahaeim baz'man hazeh. Baruch atah, Adonai Eloheinu, Melech haolam, shehecheyanu v'kiy'manu v'higianu laz'man hazeh.
And to my fellow pagans, a blessed and festive Yule to you all. I'll be celebrating by wading into the last weekend before Christmas madness. (I actually went in at 1:00 on time and was told we were over six hours. I'm supposed to come back at three. There's an extra twenty miles on the car. :P) Truthfully, though, we cooked up a storm the last two days. To add to the monster batches of cookies I made on Friday, we added Sugar Plum cookies, mullied wine, and vanilla-pouched quince last night. Not too shabby, huh? ;)
We also got a ton of work done on All I Want For Christmas, which will be going to beta as soon as I get home from work tonight. :D Only two scenes to close out. I absolutely love how this turned out, despite the fact that the Muse was in a constant state of whiney bitchfit (and since this has been half plotted out forever, that was a surprise!).
