Wow, I did not see that coming. Not at all. Especially since he's British. But that said, I can see why he was the one chosen. I'm so sad to see Brandon's time in the role end, as I personally loved his performance, but I also see how they're trying to distance themselves from Superman Returns. Again, I think it's stupid and wasteful, but we can't stop them, can we? I can only hope that they play things right this time. Now I just hold my breath until Lois is cast. Oh dear Lord, this is casting I can live with, PLEASE don't let them screw up on Lois.

Shut the front door! He's *gorgeous*! Not that Brandon wasn't, but glad he was picked! He was fabulous in The Tudors! Now for Lois... who's in the running?

Oh, he is. Henry was always gorgeous. I think I'm more nervous over his picking up the Midwestern accent or going without one at all. I think he's more than capable of being up to the task. It really depends on the script.

Oh, God, I'm not even sure. I'm too scared to see. Although I have to say, based solely on looks, I kinda like the thought of Zooey Deschanel playing her. If Superman's going to be a Brit, I wanna go with an American Lois Lane. One of them should be. I'm just too scared to truly root for someone yet.
