Last night we had a chance to steal some time with the utterly amazing Ms.

rizny and she finished up the last disk of the Little Secrets Fanmix. I'm so proud of how these turned out! And just to keep it all straight, I'm going to link all three soundtracks here. Laurel, thank you so much for doing these for me! *tacklesquishes* And I plan to beg her for Act One of Heirs soon. :D

After everything else we've put them through, I never thought I'd have the hardest time of all writing Lois talking to an unconsious Kal-El about what he missed. It's also kind of funny just how easy it is to hear her in my head. I could probably even act this as Improv if needed. Wow. I knew I loved this character, but sometimes it even surprises me how easy she is to find. *hugs her Lois and Margot in turn*

Just wow.

Starting at 1,120 now. Plan to get at least 400 words before Anissa gets home. How do I just know I'll be crying when she gets here? Lois Lane, I love you. It'll get better soon, love. Trust me, I know what the future holds. *smiles, hugs her Lois again*

ETA: 9:07 EST- Now up to 644 words on Lo. She's started talking to him now, starting with her first thoughts of him.

My playlist for LS grows larger and larger, but that makes me wonder: Has anyone recently heard a song that made you think of Little Secrets? I'm in need a few new selections to refresh the Muse. Or tell me which songs (other than our tried and true ones) make you think of the fandom. With Act Five coming up and two (maybe three) new oneshots coming up, I need more Muse food. Tell me, tell me!

...for the last half of Act Four. And you thought the last couple of chapters were busy?! And if you're shadowing the timeline of the story SR-wise, she'd still be getting dressed for the Pulitzers and have picked up Jason. When the next chapter picks up, we would be to the scene were she's pulled up to Vanderworth. (Sorry if that's confusing to some of you. We have a couple of fans that want to keep up with our version of the film pacing.)

Okay, now back to the actual reason for this post! :)

Just a little mix of our working music from throughout writing LS. Some of it means quite a bit to the plot (Sia's Breathe Me and Ella Fitzgerald's Heart and Soul), then again some of it is wrapped up emotionally in it, but not necessarily spot-on (Evanescence's Lacrymosa, not so much the words, but the intensity of the song). I listen to a pretty random mix, as far as some people would be concerned, but it all jells well for LS's emotional highs and lows.

And on a off-topic *Squee!* of joy...HOW MUCH LONGER UNTIL 'THE TUDORS'?!?! I don't think I can contain my excitement much longer! It looks SO good and I'm such a fan of both history and Anne Boleyn. I think I have upward of seven books on her. Only a woman that fascinating could have brought Elizabeth I into the world. Come on, April 1!

Now, I know almost all of you out there are Superman fanfic authors and I'm going to make a request again. What music do you use to inspire you while you work? I have three seperate songlists for LS. General Purpose/Suspense, Romantic, and Angry/Sexy. I'm just curious to see what all of us use. That, and I need an idea for my new video. If anyone's interested, I'll put up the listings.
